I spent 25 years leading commercial and marketing operations at Telefónica and Western Union across LATAM, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Panamá, Dominican Republic and Venezuela I built and led teams of over 500 people, opened new markets, transformed companies, developed distribution channels, and learned firsthand what separates companies that successfully scale in Latam from those that don't.
Today I work independently with companies that want to make that journey — with fewer mistakes and more speed.
